| So i was teaching the 3rd graders about the cello today, and she was like "can you do yo mama?"
apparently she was referring to yo yo ma.

There is nothing like a new fall day to wring poetry out of my soul again.

| Everyone at my school has been wrestling with what name to call me, and as a teacher I now have a "Mister" before my name --- I have found that many various things can follow that "Mister,"
Not the least of which --- I overheard the principal telling some 7th graders that a 3rd grader in one of their school journals had actually written this of me --- is "Growtallski," apparently on account of my height.
